Well, when you’re on a cruising trip that should last a few days, it’s important that you eat light, and not eat too much. - Quit stepping out of the ship on transit
If your ship stops at port for several hours, the best thing you can do is not leave the ship. Even though you can step down to take a look around, it may not be entirely cool since all the visitor buses will be crammed up. A better option is to stay onboard and spend some time reading a book, taking a nap or even getting yourself pampered at the spa.
- Enjoy to the fullest
